The Grandmothers to Grandmothers Campaign is a solidarity movement made up of grandmothers and grandothers working to mobilize support in Canada for African grandmothers. They raise awareness about the AIDS pandemic and funds for the African grassroots organizations working with grandmothers and the children in their care in partnership with the Stephen Lewis Foundation
